In 1996, Cobus Beukes founded CST Digital Communication with one purpose: to build software capable of meeting the demands of the world's most challenging security environments. What followed was XMan2, a mission-critical platform that went on to power full body X-ray screening systems for global industry leaders across the full body X-ray scanner industry, serving mining corporations and correctional services on multiple continents.
Three decades of real-world deployment built something no competitor could replicate: deep, operational knowledge of what security screening truly demands at the highest level. That knowledge became the founding inspiration for Insight Systems, and for the JUKA™, the world's first and only third-generation full body X-ray scanner.
